Job Requirements
Analyze project data, consider regulations and site factors, prepare cost estimates, utilize design software, submit permits, oversee surveying, manage construction projects, research codes and traffic patterns, design layouts and grade land, identify systems, create plans, review documents, supervise construction site while ensuring safe work practices are followed and making sure that they are scheduled and built in accordance with plans and specifications, and finalize tasks.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, create benchmarks for success and deliverables including managing budgets and plan work assignments that meet deadline requirements while considering changes in budget or scope during the execution of the contract.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 months of experience in the job offered.
Job Requirements
Assisting with all phases of the bidding process, including prepping bid invitations and subcontractor callouts
Collecting and evaluating subcontractor bids and vendor quotations
Reviewing and finalizing SOWs and RFPs
Maintaining and communicating data on construction and material cost trends
Degree of Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or Engineering preferred
Strong proficiency with RSMeans, E4Clicks, eGordian and Multiple Trades
Intermediate to Advanced level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel & MS Project)
Job Requirements

Understands contracts, establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
Collaborate with clients, project leads, team members and subcontractors
Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, etc.
Flexibility with travel requirements & overtime as necessary
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other Engineering preferred.
